Corporate Legal Officer
Job Description
- Handle legal matters related to construction projects and partnership agreements.
- Conduct legal reviews of contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Manage and resolve civil law cases involving the company.
- Provide legal assistance and opinions related to project operations.
- Coordinate with external parties such as notaries, legal counsels, and government/legal institutions.

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum).

- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and high level of integrity.
