Job Description

  1. Handle legal matters related to construction projects and partnership agreements.
  2. Conduct legal reviews of contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.
  3. Manage and resolve civil law cases involving the company.
  4. Provide legal assistance and opinions related to project operations.
  5. Coordinate with external parties such as notaries, legal counsels, and government/legal institutions.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum).
  • Knowladge of civil law and corporate/business law.

  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and high level of integrity.
