Civil Supervisor

Job Description

1. Supervise and oversee the execution of civil engineering projects on-site to ensure compliance with working drawings, specifications, and schedules
2. Coordinate the work team (foremen, laborers, and subcontractors)
3. Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with established quality, time, and cost standards
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
5. Identify and resolve issues that arise on-site
6. Coordinate with the Project Manager, the engineering team, and other relevant parties
7. Ensure the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocls at the project site

Requirements:

Additional Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor (preferably in civil engineering or building construction projects)
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and read shop drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Word)
• Willing to be stationed at project sites (outside the city if necessary)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus
