Job Description

  1. Prepare RAB, RAP, Unit Price Analysis, and quotations for project tender purposes.
  2. Compile and prepare tender documents (time schedules, work methods, etc.).
  3. Conduct presentations and negotiations with clients.
  4. Monitor and update material, labor, and equipment price trends.
  5. Update the vendor and supplier database to ensure competitive and reliable subcontractors.
  6. Coordinate with related divisions regarding material and cost requirements.
  7. Coordinate with subcontractors regarding work volumes and project progress.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, RAB preparation, and unit price analysis.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
