- Prepare RAB, RAP, Unit Price Analysis, and quotations for project tender purposes.
- Compile and prepare tender documents (time schedules, work methods, etc.).
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with clients.
- Monitor and update material, labor, and equipment price trends.
- Update the vendor and supplier database to ensure competitive and reliable subcontractors.
- Coordinate with related divisions regarding material and cost requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors regarding work volumes and project progress.

Additional Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, RAB preparation, and unit price analysis.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
